A Wifi box, aka Mifi, is a small portable box offering wifi internet access thanks to its 4G connection to allow you to stay connected at a controlled and secure price.

Our Wi-Fi hotspots offer you full access to the internet anywhere in the world. You will have access to all the applications on your phone, computer, tablet, such as: • Sending and receiving emails • Using maps to find your way • Using the applications of your choice • Using the internet to find all the information useful for your trip Our Wi-Fi hotspot offers you full access to the internet. Roaming charges are particularly high (up to €15 per MB) – with an average usage of 100 MB per day, the bill can reach €1,500 per day. Our solution provides you with a low-cost service (€9.90 for unlimited access). We have no additional costs or hidden fees. With My Webspot, you will have high-speed access at a controlled price.

We offer a fully secure payment method (via Paypal or Stripe). We accept payments via Mastercard, Visa, CB, JCB, American Express, and Paypal accounts.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us by email or phone. Fees related to modification or cancellation: • All order modifications are free, as long as the information is received at least 5 days before the start of the rental. Otherwise, the delivery and return costs if the box has already been sent will be charged to you, as well as one day of rental • For any cancellation made more than 7 days before the rental start date you will be charged 10 euros for processing fees. However, if the device has been shipped you will also be charged shipping and return fees, • For any cancellation made between 1 and 7 days before the rental start date , the fees are 20 euros as well as the amount of 2 days of rental, • For any cancellation made during the rental period, the fees are 30% of the remaining rental. Any claim or request for refund must be made no later than 10 days after the end of the rental. No request will be taken into account after this deadline.

You can connect up to 5 devices at once to the same box (computer, tablet, phone, etc.). The connection speed is then shared between all connected devices.

The battery has a lifespan of more than 8 hours when in use. We recommend recharging it every night. We also offer an additional battery if you plan to travel for a long period without being able to recharge your case.

We offer 4G-LTE connectivity for all covered countries (subject to carrier availability). The speed of your box depends on the network you are on. When connected to 4G-LTE, download speeds can reach 100 Mbps and upload speeds 40 Mbps. When 4G is not available, the box automatically connects to 3G. The 4G network is available in most major cities we cover.

Our providers require us to reduce the speed of the flow in the case of a suspicion of unreasonable use of the box. However, our packages offer a wide reasonable use to ensure the most comfortable use. • For Europe, the United States and Canada, reasonable use is 1 GB per day. • For Southeast Asia (Hong Kong, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, South Korea) There is no reasonable use and the connection is unlimited in 4G / LTE. • For Mexico, reasonable use is 2 GB per day. • For the rest of the world, reasonable use is 512 MB per day. Once you have reached the limit, the connection speed is reduced to a maximum of 512 kb / s, but you will still have access to the internet.

At My Webspot, we have fully complied with the regulation since May 25, 2018, as have all of our Todoist and Wist services.

We collect personal data that you have specifically chosen to provide to us, for example, when you place an order. Information such as your email address, phone number, address, and other information is information we collect.
